Wow. I just got diagnosed with Diabetes. What do I do now?
I know the feeling. When I was first diagnosed the doctor just wrote a prescription and sent me home. I had no idea what to do. I continued to eat burgers, fries and wondered why the meds weren’t working. It was my diet. Now I am not the expert on diet but I know where to go for help. The next thing I did was read. I have (or should I say “My lady friend”) has come across some great recipes that I will share here in the future. But this book is a great foundation. When you base your diet on these ideas, you can branch out and see what works for you.
